Mindful Blooms Farm is more than a place where flowers grow. It is a peaceful space created to help people step away from the rush of everyday life, reconnect with the natural world, and experience the beauty of being fully present.
A Place to Slow Down and Reconnect
ABOUT MINDFUL BLOOMS Farms
Through regenerative growing practices, seasonal flowers, and thoughtfully created experiences, we nurture both the land and the people who visit it.
Experience the Mindful Blooms Farm
There are many ways to spend meaningful time at Mindful Blooms.
SEASONAL EVENTS
Gather among the flowers for U-Pick days, creative gatherings, and special seasonal experiences. Each event is an invitation to enjoy the farm at a slower pace and connect with nature and community.
CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Create with flowers while learning something new. Our rotating classes and workshops offer hands-on opportunities to explore floral design, growing, and nature-inspired creativity in a welcoming environment.
FARM TOURS
Walk through the fields, learn how our flowers are grown, and discover the regenerative practices that support the farm. Tours and field trips can be created for community groups, schools, garden clubs, and private gatherings.
MEET SOPHIE
The Heart Behind Mindful Blooms
Sophie has always felt a deep connection to nature, beauty, and spirit. After spending years learning on sustainable farms, she discovered that growing flowers could be more than a creative practice—it could also become a way of slowing down, listening, and returning to what matters.
Mindful Blooms grew from Sophie’s desire to create a place where flowers, community, and meaningful experiences could come together.
Whether she is tending the fields, guiding a class, or welcoming someone to the farm for the first time, Sophie hopes each visitor leaves with a little more joy, inspiration, and connection than they arrived with.
Healing Through Nature
Nature invites us into a different rhythm—one that creates space to breathe, notice, and reconnect.

01
Why nature helps us slow down
Modern life often keeps us moving from one responsibility, screen, or conversation to the next. Even during quiet moments, the nervous system may still feel like it needs to remain alert.
Nature offers a different rhythm—one that gently invites us to slow our pace, soften our attention, and return to the present moment.
02
Giving the nervous system space to settle
The warmth of the sun, the sound of the breeze, the scent of flowers, and the simple act of working with our hands can offer gentle cues of safety to the body.
These sensory experiences invite us to breathe more deeply, soften our attention, and reconnect with ourselves and the natural world.
We do not believe flowers fix everything. But we have seen how time outdoors can create space for rest, creativity, connection, and reflection.
03
Healing doesn’t mean doing more
At Mindful Blooms, healing does not have to mean adding another task to your day.
Sometimes it begins with slowing down long enough to notice the sunlight, feel the breeze, gather a few flowers, and recognize what is already blooming around you.
04
Rooted in regeneration
Mindful Blooms is part of the slow-flowers movement. We grow with regenerative, organic, and no-till practices that protect the soil and encourage a thriving ecosystem.
Healthy soil supports healthy plants, beneficial insects, wildlife, and future growing seasons.
By working with nature instead of against it, we hope to cultivate flowers in a way that honors the land and preserves its beauty for generations to come.
