Farmers Markets are incredibly important! They are a beautiful space to connect and learn from the farmers growing your food and flowers. Ask your farmer about their growing practices. Are they organic? Do they use any sprays, pesticides or herbicides? Do they use regenerative practices like cover crop? Learning directly from your farmer is the only way to know you’re getting truly sustainable food and flowers than are good for your health and the environment.
